What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged
item from kamadenu.com?
If an item ordered by you on kamadenu.com is
delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email us at customerservice@kamadenu.com for a replacement.
When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective/damaged item picked up from you at our cost.
How can I return a product ordered from kamadenu.com?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on kamadenu.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items shipped outside India.
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from us.

You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.
