  • What is a Shopping Cart?

    An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets. You can add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items you want till you are ready to pay.

  • What is My Account?

    "My Account" allows you to manage / edit all your personal data like address, passwords, phone numbers. You can also track the status of your pending orders or edit them through this section. Click here to go to the My Account page.

  • What are your shipping charges?

    A shipping charge is applicable on all items at Kamadenu. Please see our Shipping Policy.

  • What about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?

    All item prices on Kamadenu.com are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax.

    Some states in India however have additional levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.

  • What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Kamadenu?

    If an item ordered by you on Kamadenu.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at customerservice@Kamadenu.com for a replacement. For more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

  • What are the various methods by which you can pay for your order?

    Kamadenu.com offers a variety of convenient payment options to choose from. You can transact at Kamadenu.com safely and conveniently in a secure manner. Kamadenu.com uses CC Avenue.com’s payment gateway with industry standard 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, so that whenever you submit sensitive information to us like your personal details or credit card information, third parties cannot get access to it , while it is in transit over the Internet.

    We accept the following payment options:

    Credit Cards: All VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and Citibank E-CARDS.

    Debit to Bank accounts: You can pay for your order through an automatic debit to your accounts with Citibank Suvidha, Citibank Bank Accounts, Citibank NR/RC Account, Federal Bank (FedNet), Oriental Bank of Commerce, HDFC Bank, IDBI bank, Centurion Bank, ICICI Bank and UTI Bank.

    Demand Drafts: You can also send us a Demand Draft to pay for your order. Please select the "Pay by Demand Draft" option to utilize this facility. Please note that if you are paying by Demand Draft (we DO NOT accept cheques), you must write your name and the order number on the reverse of the DD before sending the DD to us. The DD should be drawn in favor of "New Horizon Media (P) Ltd.". We also strongly recommend that you send a mail to customerservice@Kamadenu.com providing us the order number and the details of the DD (including DD number, Date, Drawn on and date mailed to us). This will ensure faster delivery of your books. We will not ship your order until your DD is received along with the order number.

  • Do you accept international credit cards on Kamadenu?

    Yes, we accept international credit cards too.

  • How safe is it to shop online with a credit card?

    CCAvenue.com, our payment gateway provider, uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that information is transmitted from your browser to its servers safely over the Internet on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link. In fact, they have a secure digital certificate from Verisign Inc., one of the world's largest secure digital certificates issuing company.

    All your personal information like user name, passwords, credit card number, transaction history are encrypted so that they cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

  • Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?

    No. You can order as much or as little you want from Kamadenu.com.

  • Can I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?

    You can cancel an order at any time till we ship it. Once it is shipped, you cannot cancel the order. To cancel an order, click on the "My Account" link in the top right of any page on the store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the "Your Orders" link to view all the orders that have not yet been fulfilled. You can then click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel and then finally click on the "Cancel Your Order" link available for that order.

  • How do I check the current status of my orders?

    To check the status of your pending orders, click on the "My Account" link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the "Your Orders" link to view the status of all orders that have not yet been fully delivered. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number".

  • How do I contact you regarding my order?
